Hey @kevinpowell! I just watched your video about centering CSS grid bottom rows, and saw you used the :has selector to select children before the last-child. Wouldn't it also work to use something like:
.item:nth-child(4n + 5):last-child { // Grid column goes here ) }
.item:nth-child(4n + 5):nth-last-child(2) { // Grid column goes here }
.item:nth-child(4n + 5):nth-last-child(3) { // Grid column goes here )
Then you keep the same nth-child selector and simply move backwards. Just a thought!
holding the website down with my foot & pointing my sword at them as I check this box:
I’m posting this at the time of my “interview” to say beware of scammers and, if you know someone who needs a Senior Front-End Developer who specializes in WordPress (remote for contract or full time), I’m happy to chat! (11/11)

9. During the writing of this thread, they emailed me again and completely changed course. No interview, but instead they wanted me to respond to their email and do a “screening test/interview questions via email.” The lack of consistency here is another huge red flag. (10/11)
8. Near the end, the email says they look forward to “hiring you remotely.” NO job will tell you they plan to hire you before an interview. That’s like showing all your cards, and renders the interview pointless. (9/11)
7. I searched for the name given in the email on LinkedIn tied to the company. The one profile that came up has a default image and only a single connection. (8/11)
6. I looked up the website domain from the email and found a generic coming soon page. I searched for the company’s name and discovered they actually use .com for their site domain, not .org. I then looked up the WHOIS information for the .org domain and noticed that it is only 14 DAYS OLD. (7/11)
5. The email says to learn about the WordPress Developer duties prior to the interview, but there is nowhere to find this information. There is no job posting available, and nothing on the actual website. (6/11)
4. The email mentions receiving my resume through Indeed ATS. I’ve used multiple online job boards, but I’ve never applied on Indeed because they want you to create an account just to go apply on the company’s external website. Instead, I’ve just searched for those websites and applied there myself. (5/11)
3. I received this email at 7PM the night before the supposed interview, meaning essentially no time to prepare or even respond that I was available for that time slot. (4/11)
