Overnight in #BuenosAires on the way to #Antarctica. Cafe Tortoni is a must do! Paris cafe meets #Argentina.
Our first glimpse of #Antartica. Brabant Island. We are heading on to Anvers Island and Fournier Bay where we hope to find #HumpbackWhales feeding. Weather is much improved so I hope to be able to do some sea kayaking.
This rumbled the Dad, who was supposed to be off the whisky, but parrot managed to replicate the sound of ice being shaken into glass, followed by generous glug of malt whisky.
As time passed, the parrot felt safer, came out of cage and would fly around, chatting and repeating sounds made by the family.
The parrot had been rescued and started new life with the family without speaking initially. (Sign of trauma).
