You wouldn’t test something just once. You pick a few towns or cities to test on or few regions. Maybe you can mess up the numbers for one or two but multiple would be difficult.

So I’m just taking your word for all this or is there some proof of this from a source without an incentive to make the numbers good or bad? China famously doesn’t openly share negative information about itself.
