Someone recently told me, and swears by it, that the percentage given for rain is not the chance of rain but the amount of area that will receive rain, so that, e.g., 30% means 30% of the area will receive rain not that there's a 30% chance of rain. True or no?

From the minimal search results I have seen, it appears the original of this is by Albert Lambron. Anyone know what museum has it? (asking for me, out of curiosity🙂)
BG: my great grandmother painted this copy over 100 years ago. I am wondering where she saw it copy it

This might be helpful because, as far as I can tell, there is no in-app way to report an instance for defederation?
