Looking over the visuals Apple has shared for the new clear theme, there are some places I've found where the contrast ratio is as low as 1.32:1.
For context, that's less than half of what the WCAG defines as the minimum acceptable contrast ratio for people with no vision issues.
I really hope the Liquid Glass refraction effect can be disabled because that's absolutely going to cause motion sickness for some people
