This is going in an interesting direction. There's an emoji picker rolling out in the Windows 10 fast ring (I think it's called?) and I kind of dislike it. Windows 10 is using the same design for everything over and over again and I do that think it's working. For example, in macOS, the emoji pick feels like it's only supposed to be there for a short amount of time, whereas in Windows 10 it looks like another entire window
