@iwashyna that's good to hear. virtual noise/documentation - ugh, sorry. :( Curious --- could you provide a rough estimate of your perception of the false positive vital signs alarms in your ICU? 20/50/90/etc %? No worries if you don't care to answer. Hope you get some time to rest and recharge.

Aside from the fatigue caused by giving your best to care for people who are experiencing their worst, how much of a fatigue factor would you consider the cacophony of alarms coming from the vital signs devices? Especially given that so many are false positives.
