@lmbd1418 @militaryhistory @histodons my grandfather was severely injured by shellfire and his horse was killed. He always made light of his injury but grieved for his horse for the rest of his life.
@auschwitzmuseum please carry on showing the people’s faces. It helps keep the memory of them alive. They mustn’t be forgotten.
