I deem this opinion absolute fact. Unless you're at Louis' Lunch in New Haven, CT, you have no need for a tomato on burger.

George Mott’s newest edition of The Great American Burger Book is absolutely worth grabbing. Wild recipes and plenty of history and method.

Currently cooking one every other week for my neighbors, and I gotta make a cheese sauce!
