Does anyone have any advice for beating the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)? Or resources you found useful?

Ok after getting a couple of favorites on a toot, I think I understand why so many people use social media.

So question to non newbies. Is there anything wrong with posting a connection to a Patreon account in this instance? I just started one as a hobby at this point and I know that there are not supposed to be ads here.
