They are making eye contact, assessing you.
Climbing walls and fences, following their own routes, well aware of the idea of property, still not respecting it.
Others find a place to rest in back yards and empty lots, they curl on the ground protected by weeds and debris. At night they come out, looking for food and company. Some times you see one still wearing a collar with a bell, confused, lost or abandoned.
