Nezumi@bug_deal By default, you can see stuff from every instance, but you can block users, and owners of instances can blanket-block others. The new Neo-Nazi-under-the-name-Alt-Right one is already blanket-blocked.
how does this instances stuff work are we gonna see stuff from every instance. will we be able to block some of them like the shit poster one or the nazi one

it seems like the public timeline shows people on other instances responding to posts that don't show up? or maybe they're just messing up replies?
oh I just got that it's a toot because that's what a mastodon does........ I guess......
