We experienced an issue today that caused some scheduled posts to publish more than once. This is not the experience we aim for, and we’re sorry this happened. The issue is now resolved. If you were impacted, we’ll reach out via email. As always, reply anytime with questions! 💙

☕ A quick tip for using Buffer in your browser: Use [CMD]/[CTRL] + [k] to open the Quick Navigator.

From there:
- Type your search in the field. (We will show matching results as soon as you start typing.)
- Navigate the results with your up and down cursor keys.
- Run the command by pressing [ENTER]/[RETURN] on your keyboard.

The Results of Buffer’s Build Week: Introducing our Open Beta Program and new Transparent Roadmap (+16 More Projects)

Buffer is an intuitive social media management platform trusted by brands, businesses, agencies, and individuals to help drive social media results.

Buffer: All-you-need social media toolkit for small businesses
🏗️ Build Week is coming up again at Buffer, what kinds of projects would you be excited to see from our team?
- 6 "quick wins"
- Improved accessibility
- Updated About Us page
- Transparent Pricing page
- Buffer Swag Shop
- Evergreen Hiring Page
- Buffer Team Jeopardy
- Buffer Retreat Mobile App

Last year our team shipped a whopping 18 projects. Including:

- Our Open Beta Program
- Buffer Suggestions
- Facebook Reels
- Mastodon analytics
- Email collection via Start Page
- Notes feature
- Quick Navigator
- HEIC image upload
- Refer-a-friend program
- Flag suspicious Start Pages

We might be working on new features, small improvements, landing pages, or culture projects.

The goal is to spend a week building something of value and then ship that project. It's a great reminder of how much a small team can achieve in just a few days.

Once a year, our whole team changes up their regular work and spends a week focused on building something new.

We call it Build Week and it has become a cherished week at Buffer.
