that’s it, that’s the post. if you’re surprised at the lack of effort on my end, then you’ll be blown away by how Philly played in their game tonight against Tampa Bay. never seen an entire team so collectively uninterested in being in a game, let alone a fucking playoff game. the Bucs’ receivers did make a valiant effort to keep the game close with all the drops. 6 in the first half, iirc.
a Baker vs Flacco Browns super bowl is a possibility 🤯

Yo, where’s the weekly game thread? guess I’ll make one, so get in here and celebrate your team making it to the dance, or bitch about the sorry ass state of your team, or maybe they did as well as could be expected, and you’re happy with the season. Cleveland @ Houston is probably the most interesting matchup, to me. Pittsburgh @ Buffalo sounds fun. My favorite aspect of the game between Green Bay @ Dallas is that, by Sunday night, there is a guarantee that one of them will be eliminated. I guess it’s only fair that Green Bay kept Seattle out of the playoffs this year, after week 18, 2022. That said, ftp.

That’s all, nothing else to this post. Why am I posting this? Is this an ad, a review? I don’t know, but the entirety of the build, the pacing, new elements, everything is wonderful. If you’re into the botanical or architecture sets, or just want a display piece that looks great from any angle, I cannot over-recommend this gem. Plus, finding it for under $80 new (~30% off $110 msrp) isn’t too difficult; I found one on eBay for $70.
This set was super fun to build; I love the greebling. are there any other sets like this, where the detailing is not just a feature, but basically the entire build?

been thinking about getting this set, but didn’t want to spend the money, so I made it with parts I have… and made it infinitely cooler by implementing the M-Tron color scheme! Don’t think too much about the specific ships and colors and how they relate to the films; I know that part doesn’t make any sense. but it’s cool, imo. who here only sees 1 photo? anyone see just 2? and who sees all 4?
between sync, boost, and thunder, I’m seeing way different results. on Thunder, there’s an option to “view all images” which opens a gallery. boost shows all 4 in the post correctly. sync only shows the post photo and the middle pic of the three in the body of the post. and no apparent way to edit the post at all, between the three apps!

so, what are y’all working on? a few months back, I decided to build 6085, the Black Monarch’s Castle. I always loved that set, but didn’t have it when I was a kid, so I built it with the parts I have. then I modified it with some more modern touches, like the cheese wedge crenellation (yeah, that’s not very modern, it’s all relative). then I decided to expand. then expand more and more, to the point where it is now, with a very similar size and shape to the Ninjago city gardens. staircases!
