I genuinely think that if you want to buy a long lasting and useful present for a (new) family, a battery drill system (I use Makita) is probably an underrated pick. I bought a pressure washer a few months back for the Makita system, it’s super useful and it costs a lot less than a stand-alone unit because the power source is just the battery I already own.
I keep seeing an advert for “Scrumbles cat food” on Twitch streams and it’s genuinely enjoyable. No I don’t have any idea if it’s a good product but a film noire cat is what we all deserve.

@remi_tootata if it’s something you feel would be helpful for you to explore then I do recommend it (hopefully support where you are is quicker to access than some places!)
I did however put all my bulk from the various prerelease kit boxes into three large 3800 card storage boxes (no they’re not full lol) so at least my cards aren’t just scattered around in things that easily get misplaced
It’s gonna take me *ages* to assemble it probably but 🤷
