So apparently my first stab at sushi at home did not end up a disaster. Being an overprepared overthinker occasionally has some rare advantages

Big fan of hockey and still play as long as my body will let me
Video games are my outlet. And I even try to read at night to calm my brain down (doesn't work with exciting books, occasionally)
