March 18th: protect.

The word "protect" led me to the concept of #Doctorwho. I was feeling a 3D blender vibe. This is far from my best work, and likely will be iterated upon in the future. This took me about an hour, as I was dusting off my 3D skills. It sucks when I know I used to be able to do much better!

This absolutely will get updated, as I have much better renders, but my laptop is out of space at the moment. :(

I sometimes write porn on the internet. My porn is the nasty kind that you dont want to be surprised with. Most of the time I publish it on #AO3, and it finds its audience.

However, also being a bit of a developer, ive published it out there on the indie web.

However, its on a static site, and while I may implement a comment system via github or whatever, I don't really want to collect user data at all.

I have solved this by having my index page ask if you are over 18, before linking to any content pages.

How have other people solved this?

I really dont want children to consume my content, but I also do not want to collect user data.

I also have an old retired guy as a neighbor. Im also super not very outdoorsy.

He banged on my house to get my attention, and it did not work. When I asked him about it later, he said he would never knock on my front door, because people would think "I have a man over".

This is a culture thing that did *not* carry over, as I date women?

Also why would there be romantic implications to a human existing at my house? Yes, im a loner, but.....
