This week I've been meeting the team for the first time since starting working with them 2 months ago. Meeting people, sharing stories, having a beer - I feel it's impossible to replicate this experience of bonding online no matter how carefully you organise it.
Well I've been in Germany since Sunday and I'm yet to have a good, cold, well-served *first* beer. Although I think perhaps last night numbers 3 and 4 were OK..
