yeah capitalism, a german billionair just circumvented a new law, that forbids sub-contracting in companies over 50 employees, by founding new companies with less than 50 employees. the law was made to better the working conditions in factories, were mostly foreign sub-sub-sub contractors are effectivly working for less than german minimum wage. also his factories bacame hotspots for covid-19 infections, because of the bad and crowded conditions there.
