I've been quiet on here as I've been heads down on getting the next #boredthoughts video put together. I'd not done one of these in a month or so and wanted to change a few things up. New intro (now with less test tone!) and new-ish thumnail format.

Voice over recorded for the next project. It's now time for the fun part - editing the video together to make it all fancy.

Have a busy day of fun activities planned but hoping I can find a spare hour later to do an editing pass on the next script. Would really like to get the VO and most the video editing done tomorrow.

Basically, my appreciation for it never got better after the first hour. In fact, it's a pretty steady decline as you play it. I still ended up thinking it was worth my time overall - but that says more about just how great a first impression it makes.

Trying to crack the nut on this new script talking about #FlippingDeath. It was a game I enjoyed, but just _barely_.

So #guacamelee2 has lots of little shout outs to other games and entertainment, but the best so far has been this 15 minute long segment where it turns from a Metroidvania into a god damned JRPG. I though it would be a one battle throw away joke, but it actually goes on for a bit and there is even some low level strategy in how to approach the fights.

Seriously this might be one of the best themed 'deluxe' vinyl editions I've ever seen. The colors are SO BRIGHT. Love it. Doesn't hurt that Jamie XX's 'IN COLOR' is just a fantastic album as well. Spending my morning giving these their first spin. #nowplaying #vinyl
