Extremely satisfied to have replaced the touchscreen (common delamination issue; come on Subaru 😖) in our 2018 Outback myself. Was a bit of a hassle getting the part (UPS’s fault, not the awesome vendor), but finally my wife got her surprise present. She’s 75% thrilled “it’s like a new car again” and 25% thrilled it didn’t cost the $1k+ the dealer charges for full replacement.

This little guy turned out ok.
