We haven't even arrived at the one year anniversary of Liberation Day (🤮). Even if the Dems manage to claw back sufficient power by 2029, can you imagine the state of the country by then?
Hell of a sobering thought.
At this point, Trump could completely fabricate a detailed agreement with Iran, claim they signed over everything, that peace has been achieved, that ships are moving through the SoH, and the markets would totally buy it.
I've long held that nothing will shake MAGA resolve for Agent Orange — save for an unmitigated disaster on par with WW2 level events or the like. I don't think $10 a gallon gas will do it. Neither will impeachment or any other legal proceedings. Only death or complete disaster.
