The promise of some formal international authority and responsibility for the Scottish Government is interesting, and isn't promised for the Welsh Government either. The messy piecemeal devolution between Scotland, Wales, NI and English regions/cities needs standardisation.

It's interesting how UK Labour seems fine in pushing a massive change to the House of Lords, but won't commit to creating a new legal jurisdiction for Wales or devolve policing to the Welsh Government and Senedd (which Scotland already has).
