I was diagnosed with ADHD in my teens and my parents just… never pushed for an IEP 😵💫 Spent the following 15 years trying (and failing) to upgrade for college. And 20 years since dx, I’m tryna wrangle that disability grant for trade school and it is not straightforward.

Everyone talks about men needing to seek talk therapy, but no one talks about men resisting the need for massage therapy.
Mercifully, a few years ago I did start dating men who believe in counselling. But still a zero count on men willing to have a sore muscle touched by anyone other than their woman-friend.
There is definitely something to unpack here around labour, intimacy, vulnerability, male self-care, and touch!!
