Latest version of `ipsw` adds:
- c++ support to kernel symbolication commands
- fixes `ipsw dl pcc`

Updated `symbolicator` sigs so that 26.4 beta will use 26.3.1 sigs (as most of dem are still relevant) until we get 🆕 KDKs from @apple
