Chip/crisp makers in Thailand are mad scientists doing mad things. They were so concerned about whether or not they could that they never bothered to think weather or not they should!
Brutal. Not even 9:30 AM and it already feels like 39° in
#Bangkok.
Love this motorcycle I saw today. The devices they create to shelter their phone from the sun so they can see the GPS are pretty fun. Also note the JBL Bluetooth speaker mounted to his handlebars just behind his arm.
Shoutout to this badass at Batu Caves in
#KualaLumpur climbing the 272 steps to deliver cold drinks to fat, sweaty tourists like me.
As a bald man in a tropical climate, being caught without your back pocket handkerchief can be scary. Luckily, I was able to grab one at a random street stall before the sweat started to drip off my nose.
Also interesting - the Puffy-coat Pope was the first time I've (knowingly) just accepted an image as real and later found out it's generated by AI. We're all gonna need to re-train ourselves to have "Yeah right, prove it" as the default reaction to anything we see online.
Getting more adept at playing around with
#Midjourney, which can do some pretty amazing stuff. Here’s me as Indiana Jones, my son as a knight, and some tests for a new podcast logo.
Had me some of the famous ข้าวมันไก่ (khao man gai, oily chicken rice) at the Montien Hotel. That’s a meal!
#BangkokAdmittedly, some of the staff at my condo are a bit crap, but I think they are looking for “useless stuff.”
