the star chart for HAT-P-32----AAVSO had calibration stars for it! :D :D
Also, while I'm promoting stuff relevant to me, I have a co-authored paper in the proceedings of Sinn und Bedeutung 22! I'll also be presenting some related solo research at Sinn und Bedeutung 23!
B and I have decided that this fall we are going to try to detect the exoplanet HAT-P-32b https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HAT-P-32b
It is probably technically possible with our gear if we do all the measurements cleanly.
@xor That is super cool! I didn't know about them. I was playing around with something similar with my program, generating pseudo-random weavings. Here's an example. The problem I was running into is that too many that are generated are not weavable in principle. I need to generated still some set of filters on outputs, but I'm not sure exactly what they are. My gf looks at them and she can say impossible, but she can't fully articulate the algorithm she uses to decide.
