It's gratifying to see the City of Bloomington deploy a new instance of the software system I've been working on for the last of couple years, CiviForm (https://civiform.us).
When we initially developed CiviForm with the City of Seattle, we had a vague hope that by making it free and open source other governments would benefit from it down the line. Over a year later we're seeing validation of that hope with Bloomington's deployment.
