Wow—a judge has dismissed the lawsuit by Ben Roberts-Smith against the SMH and other publications for their war crimes exposes. A big win for serious journalism in Australia.
Federal Court Justice Anthony Besanko was expected to deliver his decision in the decorated former soldier’s landmark defamation case at 2.15pm in Sydney.
Donald Trump Jr. is coming to Australia. Here he is in Sky News:
