The smoked chicken and waffle almost perfected

Been talking about these tables for a while on the show and they are all now complete!!

Been trying to perfect smoked ribs but no wrapping. These were awesome

I know it’s Father’s Day but I like to smoke food so I did!! Spicy smoked chicken with Alabama white sauce for dipping or DC Mambo sauce.

Beef ribs just came off the smoker. These are not mine as I smoked them for a friend, but, I am considering accidentally eating them….
