My oldest went to spend a day on a discernment retreat with the Daughters of St. Paul, so we stayed for the beautiful Mass in the chapel of their motherhouse here in Boston.
Today would be the feast of Solanus Casey and as is our custom, to celebrate his miracle of the ice cream, we went out for ice cream.
It’s been 90+ for several days and our AC has been broken for over a month. But it’s given me a real incentive to grill and smoke and break out the camping cok gear. Which isn’t a bad result.
