Robert Kist 🇦🇹🇸🇬This is so dumb. Crunch is not caused by too much work and not a problem that AI can solve.
It's caused by bad management of time and bad management of the work that is planned. Avoiding needless changes with marginal returns, ensuring strong QA, buffers in your schedule, and avoiding vision drift and effectively pushing back on feature creep are what avoids crunch. Plus respect for your workers... not some AI tool that fights the symptoms.
