Seen some really p*ss poor takes on imposter syndrome recently.
In my experience it's an acquired condition. You get it from piss poor managers who lack people skills and are unable to just ask the question 'Are you ok?', 'Do you need help?', 'Is there anything you are struggling with?'. Being driven is laudable. Driving a juggernaut over your staff is not.
Support your staff, treat your freelancers as human. In other words don't be a d***.
