#AI Big redundancies being made in the name of AI seems to be so clearly on the fact that these companies are over leveraged. The problem is that these companies are the driving force to smaller businesses who follow suit assuming the big players "know" what they're doing.

New software engineers need to just hang in there for a little bit as this will turn around. It's just painful to watch at the moment
