@siracusa curious what weapons your going to pull out of the vault now. I feel like power creep has really obsoleted a lot of sunset stuff for PvE
@jamesthomson still got mine. It was about as fast as my PowerBook g4
@Tanatoes actually it’s only a duck-blur if it comes from the duckberg region otherwise it’s just sparkling duck-smear frames
@siracusa at the very least an acknowledgment of the plight of the innocent Palestinians would be a good start. In the edited episode it felt like they were completely ignored in the discussion. No mention of Gaza or Palestine left my head spinning. I had to turn the episode off.
@siracusa got it. I hope maybe you and the crew take some time next week and take a second run at it.
@film_girl this is exactly what I've been hoping for since I learned how the steam deck worked.
@filmcrithulk wonderful piece!
@InfiniteHench I think they have fairly often as they are local to the Seattle area. I don’t know if they do every year.
@InfiniteHench one thing to factor in is East’s date varies year to year whereas West is always Labor Day. I’ve never been to West but I imagine both will be a bit more indie centric as a result of the pandemic. One thing to note is Bungie never comes out to East.

This a great writeup by @patrickklepek on a legal aspects of game dev that isn't talked about often on the consumer side: bullshit non-competes.

How Restrictive Contracts Stifle and Control Creativity in the Video Game Industry

Noncompete contracts that restrict where people can work are only the start. Companies also own everything you make, and developers are tiring of it.
