So, it turns out that Mastodon really is a classic Twitter replacement in that I forget it exists for months at a time time and then suddenly remember it's a thing I have.
Finally got to add another drawing to my prompt book. I used the r/SketchDaily prompt "Landmark".
Though they're problematic in some ways, the Chronicles of Narnia hold a lot of happy childhood memories for me, and was one of my first exposures to fantasy as a genre.
So I drew an interpretation of Lantern Waste.

I haven't been doing very much drawing for the past couple years due to a whole variety sampler of physical, mental, and time nonsense.
But I'm trying to get back into it. I bought a new travel-size sketchbook a while ago and decided to fill it with small drawings based on miscellaneous art prompts I find. This was the first one I did using the Dinovember prompt "Iguanadon".

Several weeks ago on vacation I discovered that my new phone (Galaxy S22 Ultra) has a pretty impressive photo zoom and while taking pictures of the sunrise, I semi-accidentally got a surprisingly detailed photo of the moon.
Considering seeing if I can wake up and function early enough to get photos of the eclipse.
