Ein Thema über das wir im Zusammenhang mit der #Chatkontrolle sehr wenig gesprochen haben sind #Netzsperren im Ursprungsentwurf sah es schon düster aus. Der Kompromiss Vorschlag der tschechischen Ratspräsidentschaft sieht jetzt eine Streichung sämtlicher safeguards vor.

Support for lists arrived in #fedifinder.

It shows you your own lists as well as the lists you are subscribed to. You can scan each of them and the found handles are added to the visible list as well as the download. (False positives of the previous scan are removed from the visible list with each additional scan.)

Don't think of your Mastodon instance like Twitter or Facebook. It's more like email. You can setup your account on any instance you want, and you can follow and communicate with people from most any other instance. Build a network of people you want to read posts from, and interact with people, and some of them follow you too. 1/

Seit Mo. rollt eine weltweite Welle der #Vogelgrippe, in Europa ist die Prävalenz höher als je zuvor.

Ein Grund: Schnellere Replikation und leichteres Überspringen zw. Vogelarten. Auch mehrere Säugetierarten sind schon betroffen, aber nicht die Menschen.

@anneroth @kinghaunst Das heisst doch, dass für sowas wie AMAs besser ein dezidierter Raum aufgemacht werden sollte. Wenn Mastodings das (noch) nicht kann, dann woanders? Oder einfach eindeutiges Hashtag vorher ansagen? (Ich habe das auch noch nie gemacht.)
