I can’t see GPT getting much better with future version. I could be wrong, but the current design of the system is likely at its limit and more improvements will only see diminishing returns on efforts.
It’s fancy predictive text. It can’t think or reason well about things or come up with new ideas it hasn’t already been shown.
So it won’t cure disease.
It can’t even tell you when it doesn’t know something and instead will make up stuff just so it can provide SOME answer.

lol, didn’t take long for Threads to fill up with crap.
- Fake competitions to build a following.
- Articles from “News” sources I don’t care about. (Celebs, pop, music, etc)
- incorrect statement to elicit reactions.
- LinkedIn style motivational posts.
There’s zero substance and anyone who had a massive following on Instagram, has received a huge head start on the new platform.
And you can’t filter anything…
We made it especially passive aggressive last time. Let’s see how else we can improve the design!
