So does anyone else have difficulty in managing their accounts on other instances? I can’t decide which instance I want as my main, but I’m reticent to just post the same stuff.

The lead partner of our office stopped by my office this morning to say that he, and the entire office, appreciate all that I do. That I'm doing a great job and he told our office manager about it because he wants word of it to get out.
That made my day. All too often, I wonder if I'm actually helping or if I'm doing even an adequate job. I'm not resting on my laurels, but that certainly made me feel much better.
