Sad that #apple #macOS 26.4 beta breaks tinted mode tabs. First screenshot (it's Safari, but terminal, Xcode etc. are the same) is in "clear glass" mode. Second in "tinted glass" mode. Contrast of the second one is ... nonexistent?

@siracusa Looks like the competition about how to make the lowest contrast controls is still on!

I really hope this is not an intentional tab color change in macOS 26.4 Beta (this is an active window and there is an active tab somewhere)
Yeah, well... no, #Xcode, sober up.
What is this "Running in the Background" thing? How can I close this app (I saw this for Xcode, for Preview) #macos

How to make WebView in SwiftUI 26 work with safeAreaBar and behave with bottom toolbars in iOS 26 in general? Surround it with TabView, and hide tabBar! ‾\_(ツ)_/‾ #iosdev

By the way, see the "•" there? This is how I make top blur appear without the navigation title :-) Hate these hacks, hope they will be fixed soon.

I'll wait for iOS 26.1 beta, and if it is not fixed, will create a small sample app for a radar.

Another weird dark line on the liquid glassy screen

I always wanted to be able to construct SwiftUI animation keyframes in runtime. Figured out yesterday (yes, I'm that slow), how to do that.

Turns out you can use `resultBuilder` functions directly inside the resultBuilder. So, for example, you can use `Builder. buildArray` with a custom array, that is constructed in runtime! This is so much better than what I was doing before!

Whoa! There is an incredible new feature in Xcode 16.3. Text action “Move Subword Forward Extending Selection” (Shift+Ctrl+Right Arrow by default) does not ignore punctuation now! Thanks! Finally!

In the video I press the same shortcut, in the same situation — right before spaces and “}” on the next line. Behavior is quite different and 16.3 option is much better.

Hurray! One hundred builds in TestFlight! This will be a great update at some point.
Here's the project my friend and I worked on for the last several months (we are in an open beta now). It is an iOS (Android will arrive a little later) Home Assistant helper application, that allows you to create compact dashboards, put them into system widgets and have fun. https://domika.app If you want to participate, here is a TestFlight invite: https://testflight.apple.com/join/rze3xVZb
