Despite stating almost a year ago that all I-129 petitions requesting TN visa status must be filed at the Texas Service Center (TSC), USCIS continues to transfer these petitions back to the Vermont Service Center (VSC) for adjudication. I have, yet, to have the TSC adjudicate one of my TN I-129 petitions. Perhaps USCIS should just let the VSC retain jurisdiction of these petitions, and continue to utilize that office’s extensive experience in adjudicating TN petitions. https://buff.ly/4cyLjxh
