I just passed my third milestone for my PhD! The end is nigh, but there’s more writing and thinking to be done.

I've been attending BFT classes for three months to enhance my solo running and swimming. However, I'm not getting the vibe. The coaches talk about 'community', but most people don't interact much, except for a few who already know each other. Is it really like this?
