Pete Hegseth is giving a press conference and one of the reporters asks the kind of reasonable but substantial question that is rare and that tends to make him angry.

Hegseth starts spouting his strange self-consciously masculine war cliche's and catch phrases, and when he is done there is no follow up question (normal for the frighted press) but there is also ... silence (abnormal)

first they would have come for the communists, but there weren't any with enough power to really bother with.
then they came for the soicalists, but there was like 1/4 of one remotely near power so they also didn't really bother.
then they bought off enough of the trade unionists that were left.
then they split the Jews along the lines of who would join an antimuslim vanguardist settler genocide force, and i didn't speak out because that started happening literally 80 years ago.
now they are coming for the Muslim refugee, and people do not speak out because they are not Muslim.
next they will come for the Muslim citizen, and people will not speak out because they are not Muslim.
and that will be when they begin a final solution for all dissidents.
and then they will come for the liberal and the liberal will not speak out because they've sort of been cheering it on from the sidelines this whole time, so the liberal will happily join in.

I am desperately trying to remember the name of this browser-based RPG we used to play circa 2005. Like OGame or Hordes, MMO played in browser. You could build and sell things.It had magic and the strength of spells would change for everybody depending on how much that school of magic was used. What was it called?!
