Is there a solution to links from different instances? - Lemmy.world

This is a more general federated social media question, but posts often have links to content on instances other than the one I have an account with. For example, this post [https://lemmy.world/post/22239] has links to beehaw.org [http://beehaw.org] posts. When I click on them, I am unable to vote on or comment on anything, because I don’t have an account on beehaw.org [http://beehaw.org]. Is there a Chrome extension or some other solution that would redirect these posts to my preferred lemmy instance?
