Like first of all, parameterized queries. You need to care about this in more than just one form but ok I guess but if you're afraid of a password having special characters taking over your DB maybe you should do something that doesn't involve lowering the potential character space??????
It's 2024 and your app is restricting the users password complexity because you aren't hashing it and you're afraid of SQLi
