@zmk yeah, I think that I tend to like to check out the replies to people’s posts… maybe the larger instance is the way to go for me. If I hate it I can always move again!
@zmk trying to decide where my priorities lie… from what I’ve read, being on a larger server can increase the number of posts/replies that you can see, which is a nice benefit. Do you notice that at all, being on a smaller one?

@[email protected] You can see here https://fedipact.veganism.social/ If they've already suspended, I don't think they'll change their minds to be honest. I would move if it's important to you. You'll lose your posts. But you can transfer all your follows, etc.

@BrianPierce I doubt there’s a global list somewhere, but I was able to visit https://mstdn.social/about and check out the “Moderated Servers” section at the bottom to see if Threads was there. I’d imagine you can do the same on any Mastodon instance.
Mastodon 🐘

A general-purpose Mastodon server with a 500 character limit. All languages are welcome.

Mastodon hosted on mstdn.social

Also wow the fact that that’s even a sentence I can type shows how cool Mastodon and the Fediverse are

Fulfilling the promise of the Fediverse!

TIL my Mastodon instance isn’t federating with Threads… might be time for an instance change
