There’s a lot of people posting lies and acting weird on Lemmy at the moment unfortunately. There’s been a sudden shift from evidence based to being an echo changer

A few months ago you could have a discussion and people would exchange evidence. Now evidence no longer matters. People here have started acting the same as places like truth social unfortunately

In fact, it’s part of the reason I’ve started to move back to Reddit.

Nobody should be encouraging murder. Has this actually improved the health care at United? No. They’ll just replace the CEO and get more body guards

Installing security systems was part of my job, and sorry, but a lot of criminals are idiots. They just assume they’re going to get away with it. Or they figure they’re going to get caught

We had one where some fat guy tried to climb a gate but it broke so he went through it. Then he took his hoodie off as he was stealing a camera.

Had another where the guy ran a fake school as a scam. When they investigated him, they discovered he had all of the computers, but none of them were set up. But really, the suspicious part was the Ferrari he owned

Had another guy who was the world’s biggest asshole. He got busted for distributing drugs.

Then there is Trump who brags about his crimes and then pretends like he’s being set up

Perhaps if you weren’t so racist, you could actually meet overseas people and learn something.

Here in Melbourne Australia, we’re heavily multicultural, and I’ve actually discovered these days I get along with them far better than multi-generation aussies.

In other countries this is normal. Including here in Australia
