I am making Sticky Toffee Pudding. The bigger boy is going through a picky eating period, which, I confess, I thought the might of Sticky Toffee Pudding would overcome. I just asked him to try the topping sauce and he wrinkled his nose. Hmm.

Last time I took a one-way flight I had two suitcases and a guitar I didn’t know how to play, and I was flying across the Atlantic to get married and start a life with Krissa. This morning Krissa and I have two children, 8 checked bags, a car and a truck full of furniture in transit and we’re bringing the love with us.

I love New York’s building performance grades. Just brilliant. This is the first D grade I’ve seen.
It is both outrageous and absurd on a number of levels that the UK just authorized a new coal mine. Giant strides in the wrong direction, actively harmful for all life on earth. Obscene.
Our last Saturday as a family in Brooklyn and it’s been magical. Preschooler and toddler play date, lunch from Liebre Café, and an early evening tour of the holiday decorations in Dyker Heights.
Would I donate again? Yes of course and I will forever. The tactics are just annoying.
I am FAIRLY confident the phrase ‘monthly until the election’ was used there. Grump.
