Dumb question but how do you switch instances? After hearing that mastodon social plans to federate with Threads I have no desire be on their instance anymore.

Sorry guys, but I feel like crap because I have sleep issues again. I have literally no energy for anything right now. I will hopefully have these issues figured out in time for Tuesday's stream.
Welp it finally happened! Even with melatonin, CBD oil, blackout curtains, white noise, and a sleep mask I still slept like crap. I guess I am doomed to an inconsistent sleep schedule forever. 😭😭😭😭
I no longer have any desire visit Florida anymore. The crap I see in the headlines everyday about Florida is doing makes it clear that minorities are not welcome or wanted in the state anymore and that if anyone in a minority group goes to Florida they are in very real danger of getting kidnapped, assaulted, or even killed.
