Acorn squash soup for the Thanksgiving without allergies... but sneaking in vegetables. Some years it has issues but this year it turned out perfect. Even picky kids will down a bowl topped with bacon bits.... mmmm bacon

Sweet potato casserole... no dairy, no gluten, no cinnamon (cardamom ftw) for the allergy Thanksgiving. Still gets marshmallows on top later.
